At 8h45 : enjoy a rare privilege : early access to the famous Saint-Alvère truffle market, before it opens to the public, to witness the inspection and trading of fresh truffles.
The day continues with two exclusive wine tastings, including a convivial picnic-style lunch with wine in a private tasting room, before returning to the château for dinner.
Tuesday 10th February : dedicated entirely to the truffle:

From 9h30 : Visit a local truffle farm, followed by lunch at Château les Merles. In the afternoon, join an intimate truffle cooking class with chef Bas Holten, culminating in an unforgettable four-course truffle menu with perfectly paired wines.
