Château les Merles is hiring a fulltime commis de cuisine/kitchen help.
Among a young and dynamic team, you are open-minded and eager to acquire the ‘savoir-faire’ of our kitchen. Our open kitchen serves our gastronomic restaurant with creative dishes depending on the season and the vegetables produced by our biological vegetable garden. Your employment contract will be for a minimum of 1 year , with a possibility to get a full contract.
You are occupying an important role in the kitchen and you are working directly with the Chef and sous-Chef.
Salary based upon experience. 2 days off per week, even in high season!
