From 24 to 26 December 2026, settle into Château les Merles and enjoy Christmas to the fullest, with everything taken care of.

Your two-night stay begins on 24 December with a complimentary glass of Méthode Traditionnelle to welcome you to the Château, followed by our Christmas Eve dinner accompanied by Château les Merles wines.

On Christmas Day, after breakfast, enjoy our festive Christmas lunch. And as the celebrations continue, join us again in the evening for a relaxed country-style buffet in a warm and convivial atmosphere.

After a second night at the Château, enjoy one final breakfast on 26 December before your departure.

Celebrate the New Year at Château les Merles

From 31 December 2026 to 2 January 2027, settle into Château les Merles and celebrate the New Year without having to rush.

Your stay begins on 31 December with our festive 7-course New Year’s Eve dinner, accompanied by Château les Merles wines. The evening continues with music before we celebrate the stroke of midnight together.

On 1 January, take your time over our New Year’s Day brunch and enjoy the first day of the year at the Château. In the evening, join us again for dinner in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. After a second night at the Château, breakfast on 2 January brings your stay to a leisurely close.
