Chateau les Merles is actually looking for a receptionist, servive personal, a cook and an assistent for the Maître d’Hôtel.

Receptionist:

Responsible for receiving our hotel guests and visitors of our restaurant and golf. Check In and Check Out of hotel guests. Receiving and confirming reservations by e-mail and telephone. Administrative work. Provide any kind of information to our guests. You are service oriented, flexible, fluent in French and English and have experience as a hotel receptionist. Contract for at least one season (June to October), but preferably indefinitely.

Service personal:

You serve in restaurant and bistro including pool- and roomservivce. You take over the bar and are not afraid of cleaning jobs. You are highly motivated and have earned some experience in service. You are between 20 and 35 years old and your french is good. Your are joining us for the season (april to october), but you might be interested in a job for the whole year.

Assistent Maître d’Hôtel:

In Absence of the Maître d’hôtel, you are responsible for a perfect service of the guests. You lead the service crew and work in a team with the Chef de cuisine. You welcome arriving guests, serve in Restaurant and Bistrot including pool- and roomservice, you establish invoices and manage orders and our stock. You are between 25 and 35 years old, motivated and you offer some experience. Your job-contract will be for a minimum of one year, with an option to a full contract. Your french is at least good.

Cook (Commis de cuisine)

Among a young and dynamic team, you are open minded and eager to aquire the "savoir-faire" of our kitchen. You will play a mayor role in our kitchen and have direct contact with our sous-chef and our chef de cuisine. Our open kitchen serves the restaurant and the bistrot with creative dishes depending on the season and the vegetables produced by our own biological vegetable garden. You will earn € 1250,00 (Netto) for 39 hours per week. You job contract will be seasonal with the possibility to get a full contract and october.
