Château les Merles, luxurious 4* hotel – gastronomic restaurant & 9 holes golf course, at 15 min drive from Bergerac is looking for a Cook (Chef de partie).

Among a young and dynamic team, you are open-minded and eager to acquire the ‘savoir-faire’ of our kitchen. Our open kitchen serves our gastronomic restaurant with creative dishes depending on the season and the vegetables produced by our own biological vegetable garden. Your employment contract will be for a minimum of 6 months (May 2017 – October 2017), with a possibility to get a full contract. The Chef de partie is occupying an important role in the kitchen and you are working directly with the Chef and sous-Chef. Salary based upon experience. 2 days off per week, even in high season! We can easily help you to find a place to live in the nearby area.
